As a PNG file they are 2D textures and are ready to use for post-production in Photoshop (2D). With the exception of the Sketchup SKP files available. To use as 3D in Revit they need to be converted to an RPC and I believe Archvision has the most intuitive software to do this: https://archvision.com/rpc/
