  • I can’t download an image / the site keeps asking me to log in
  • Occasionally pages you visit before you log in will be saved as the protected version of the download link. Clear your browser cache (cached images and files, only- not cookies and passwords) so that you are seeing the latest version of the website. If this doesn’t resolve your issue or one download in particular is causing you grief, contact us and we will get to work ASAP.
  • Are these images just for architects?
  • Heck no. While many members are professionals and students from related fields of architects, landscape architects, and interior designers, we also see immediate entourage used in the following:
    City planning and policy publications
    Non-profit material
    Graphic design
    Branding and marketing
    Game design
    Video or powerpoint presentations
    Teaching aids and handouts
    Packaging and product design
  • Can I use these images for (insert use here)?
  • The answer is almost always yes-with enthusiasm. If you are unsure, please ask. You are not permitted to redistribute, publish, or resell our downloads. This is common with most royalty-free licenses.
  • Are downloads restricted to the use of an individual member only?
  • Use is restricted to the individual or entity purchasing the initial subscription. Downloads may not be stored on a public server such as libraries, universities, etc. Businesses are permitted to store downloads on local servers only i.e. not shared across multiple office locations. User logins may not be shared or published- violator subscriptions will be terminated.
  • I am having trouble accessing my account and/or member content.
  • Please contact us with account concerns, most issues can be resolved quickly and easily. We do not store any payment information. Transactions are handled securely through PayPal or Stripe gateways.
  • I think a download link is broken…
  • While we do our best to test each and every download, please let us know if you encounter any broken links, access issues, etc. “Page Not Found” errors may result from content that has been removed; again, contact us if you have trouble finding something you need.
  • Do you take requests/suggestions?
  • We LOVE feedback of any kind. Please contact us with your suggestions, or specific project needs-we aim to exceed your expectations.
  • How do I cancel my account?
  • From the account page, click on the subscriptions tab. Next to your current membership subscription, select “cancel”.
